Important Instructions
• This form works best with Firefox and Google Chrome web browsers.
• As this form will be using internet, in case of slow internet, the process will be slow. Don’t refresh the page or open it in new tab while filling up the form.
• In order to download the registration form for admission, kindly ensure to fill the mandatory columns marked with *(asterisk).
• Fill basic details in Registration Form then you will receive Username and Password on your registered SMS Number.
• Log In with Username and Password (Both are case-sensitive).
• Only one copy of the form per child is acceptable (No Duplication), once submitted no change of information in the form will be entertained.
• Incomplete or incorrect forms are liable to be rejected without any intimation.
• The parent will submit the documentary proof for verification of the registration details at the time of admission in original .
• Submit a signed copy of the registration form at the school reception on/before December 15,2023 within school hours.
• In case of twins, please ensure mentioning the name and registration number of the other sibling on top of the print copy before dropping in the drop box.
• Age for Pre- School -
3 Years as on March 31, 2024
(Should fall between 01-04-2020 to 30-04-2021)
• Age for Pre- Primary -
4 Years as on March 31, 2024
(Should fall between 01-04-2019 to 30-04-2020)
